Neil Parry PT, DPT, OCS is an accomplished physical therapist and experienced healthcare leader currently serving as the Residency Program Director at OrthoVirginia since July 2019. Neil has successfully developed and accredited an Orthopedic Residency program, effectively managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver educational content and assignments. As Clinic Manager, Neil played a pivotal role in launching the OrthoVirginia Ashburn Physical Therapy facility, overseeing a team of 12 and achieving significant revenue goals. Previously, Neil held the role of Clinic Director at Pivot Physical Therapy, contributing to notable business growth, and has extensive experience in educational and athletic settings, including roles at Duquesne University and various coaching positions.
