Paul Werth

Paul Werth, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various research and leadership roles. Paul is currently working as a Director of Research at OrthoVirginia since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Research Scientist at Dartmouth Health from 2021 to 2023, where they led a team and provided statistical expertise for research projects. Paul also worked as a Research Scientist at Dartmouth-Hitchcock from 2018 to 2021. Before that, Paul was a Statistical Graduate Assistant at Doisy College of Health Sciences, Saint Louis University in 2017-2018 and a Graduate Research Assistant at Saint Louis University from 2014 to 2016. Paul also gained experience as a Lab Manager and Research Assistant at Harvard School of Public Health from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute/Harvard Medical School from 2013 to 2014. Prior to their research positions, Paul held roles as a Residential Counselor and Job Developer at Vinfen Corporation from 2011 to 2013. Paul began their research career as a Master's-level Research Intern at Lab of Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience, Boston University and Lab for Forensic Psychology, Boston University in 2010-2011.

Paul Werth, PhD obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University, completing their studies from 2014 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology at Boston University from 2010 to 2011. In their undergraduate years, Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology & Criminal Justice from Roger Williams University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
