Patrick Cairns

Patrick Cairns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as an Advisor at Dromo since January 2024, Patrick has been with Orum since March 2018, where roles have included Manager of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager, focusing on driving customer satisfaction and success. Previous positions at Orum involved building a self-serve freemium program and achieving significant revenue growth as the first Account Executive. Patrick was also part of the founding team at Teamable Software and held roles at Revel Systems and Badger Maps, Inc. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Entrepreneurship from the University of San Francisco.
