Karen McLaughlin

Karen McLaughlin has a diverse work experience in the cosmetics industry. Karen is currently working as an Area Sales and Education Manager at Orveon Global since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at NARS Cosmetics from 2016 to 2021 as an Area Manager. Karen also held the role of Business Manager at Parfums Christian Dior from 2010 to 2016, where they led a team of luxury sales specialists and was responsible for coaching them to achieve sales goals. Before that, they worked as a Business Manager at Estee Lauder from 2007 to 2010. Karen began their career as the Head Makeup Artist and Manager at Nu Blue Eru in 2006.

Karen McLaughlin has a degree in Fine Art Sculpture from NCAD.
