Lauren Lindsey

Lauren Lindsey is an accomplished executive in global packaging design with extensive experience across renowned beauty brands. Currently serving as Executive Director of Global Packaging Design at Orveon Global since January 2024, Lauren leads strategic initiatives and innovation, ensuring brand alignment and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Lauren was the Executive Director at Laura Mercier Cosmetics, managing comprehensive packaging processes for various product categories from inception to completion. With a foundation as Art Director at Victoria's Secret Beauty, Lauren guided design projects for accessories and gift sets, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Earlier career experiences include design roles at Michael Mcginn Design Office and Designframe Inc. Lauren holds a BFA in Fine Arts from the Fashion Institute of Technology, completed in January 2002.
