Nicole O'Brien's work experience begins in 2011 with DICK'S Sporting Goods, where they worked as an Assistant Buyer and then a Marketing Content Specialist. Nicole then joined Time Inc. in 2015 as an Associate Marketing Manager for New Business Acquisition. In 2016, they moved to J.Crew, serving as a Senior Digital Marketing Associate and later as the Manager of Digital Marketing. From 2018 to 2020, Nicole worked at FULLBEAUTY Brands as a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing. In 2020, they joined Cole Haan as a Senior Manager of Retention Marketing. In 2021, Nicole joined Shiseido as a Director of CRM, managing various brands. Nicole then moved to Orveon Global in 2022, taking on the role of Executive Director of Customer Acquisition and Retention.

Nicole O'Brien attended Penn State University from 2007 to 2011. During their time at Penn State, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at The Smeal College of Business, with a specialization in Marketing.
