Aaron Rawling

Aaron Rawling has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Aaron is currently the Managing Director at Orvis UK, where they are responsible for directing the entire UK business and its divisions. Aaron has led a strategic team in implementing a complete rebuild of the company's e-commerce site. Prior to this, they served as the Retail Operations Manager at Orvis UK, where they managed a portfolio of 16 high street stores and had influence over wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. Before that, they were the Regional Manager at Orvis UK, where they successfully led 18 premium high street stores and achieved growth in turnover.

Earlier in their career, Aaron worked at MUSTO, initially as a Store Manager and later as a Dual-Site Store Manager and Regional Manager. Aaron was responsible for planning and developing a portfolio of high street and outlet stores. During their tenure, they turned around the business, increased sales, and reduced wastage. Aaron also worked as an Assistant Store Manager at MUSTO and as a Supervisor at Gul International.

Aaron Rawling attended the University of Exeter from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in LLB Law.
