Steph Nahrgang

Steph Nahrgang is currently the Vice President of Product Design & Brand Creative at Orvis since September 2023. Prior to that, they founded Nahrgang Retail Consulting in September 2021. Steph also worked at Athleta for six years, where they held the title of Vice President of Brand Creative, Omni-Channel Experience, & Marketing Operations. Before Athleta, they were at Gap Inc./Old Navy for nine years, serving as Senior Director of Visual Merchandising & Store Experience. Steph has a BA in History/ Italian from Emory University.
