Jeffrey Hickman

Jeffrey Hickman is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and solutions management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Engineering at Ory Corp since January 2025, Jeffrey has previously held significant roles such as Head of Solutions Engineering and Director of Solutions Engineering at HYPR | The Identity Assurance Company from April 2021 to January 2025. Prior to that, positions in Onfido as a Senior Solutions Engineer and various leadership roles at SecureAuth, including Director of Sales Engineering, reflect strong technical and managerial expertise. Earlier experience includes systems administration roles at TC3 Health and NDS, along with quality assurance management at Compix Media, Inc. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, completing studies between 2010 and 2014.
