Jean-Claude has held significant positions at Novartis as a JDE Finance and Supply Chain Business Analyst, and at Tupperware Brands, where responsibilities included leading the JDE World Software solutions group. Moreover, experience spans roles at Alcon, Logicom Solutions, Shell, and KPMG UK in various capacities related to JDE implementation and support. Education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Chapman University, complemented by an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from ESARC.
