Saffa Koroma is an accomplished Operations Manager at Oryx Energies since May 2019, responsible for ensuring safe and environmentally correct operations at terminal and tanker jetty areas, as well as leading major installation and maintenance projects. Previous roles include Head of Jetty Operations, where oversight of oil jetty operations and infrastructure maintenance was key, and Snr. Maintenance Supervisor, focusing on efficient task allocation and safety adherence. Saffa's experience extends to Bale Logistics Incorporated as Fleet & Mechanical Workshop Manager, managing vehicle maintenance and repairs, and earlier positions at Sunbird Bioenergy and Addax Bioenergy S.A. as Condition Monitoring Technician, utilizing predictive analytics and maintenance management tools. Saffa holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical & Maintenance Engineering from the University of Sierra Leone and a High School Certificate in Sciences from Limount College.
