Rashid Sharida

Rashid Sharida has extensive experience in the chemical engineering field, currently serving as Production Manager at ORYX GTL since August 2011, where roles have also included Acting Chief Operating Officer and Head of Production. Prior to this, Rashid held positions as Senior Process Engineer for both Fischer Tropsch and refinery processes at ORYX GTL. Rashid's career began at Qatar Petroleum, where the position of Production Supervisor for QP Refinery Operations was held from July 2007 to July 2011. Rashid holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering from The University of Tulsa, obtained in 2007.
