Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. As a nutritionist, Mariana practiced in a private consulting setting from February 2016 to 2019, and contributed to education as a university lecturer on applied mathematics and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
