Johan Eriksson

Johan Eriksson has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1999 when they served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Swedish Armed Forces. In 2002, they became a Junior Trader at Scandmetal International S.A. In 2005, they joined Merrill Lynch as a Senior Analyst in Real Estate Investment Banking. In 2008, they became an Investment Manager at Benson Elliot Capital Management. In 2012, they were appointed as a Director at Queensgate Investments. In 2014, they joined The Abraaj Group as a Director. In 2018, they were appointed as a Consultant and Head of International Real Estate at Al Rajhi Alpha, where they were also the MD and Head of International Real Estate, responsible for the international real estate investment strategy formulation, execution and portfolio management. In 2019, they became the Managing Partner at Oryx Real Estate Partners.

Johan Eriksson completed their Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics between 2000 and 2005. Johan also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2004. Prior to that, they studied French at Université de Fribourg, Switzerland from 1998 to 1999.
