David Lubkin, PE has a background in civil engineering and has been working at O&S Engineers & Architects since October 2011. David has held various titles including Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and currently holds the title of Associate & Senior Project Manager. Prior to O&S Engineers & Architects, David interned at the New Jersey Department of Transportation in the Access Design and Right of Way Engineering Department. David graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
