Partha Sen has extensive experience in executive roles across various companies. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of OS HRS, where they are leading the company's growth in APAC-wide multi-country payroll, tax, and insurance processing. Prior to their current role, Partha Sen founded Senergy Eastern LLP, a company that supports European technology companies in expanding their presence in the Asia-Pacific region. Partha has also held leadership positions in companies such as Maximus Infoware, Unit4 Prevero, Board International, SAP BusinessObjects, Frango AB (now part of IBM/Cognos), Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and Deutsche Bank, where they led various business functions and played key roles in driving growth and transformation initiatives.
Partha Sen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management. Partha also obtained a B.Sc (Honours) degree in Statistics from Presidency University, Kolkata. Additionally, Partha completed a Graduate Diploma in Operations Research from ORSI. In terms of certifications, they received the following: "Designing Financial Services on Web 3.0" from the National University of Singapore in November 2021, "Anti-Money Laundering and its Ecosystem" from Singapore Management University in May 2019, "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" from LinkedIn in March 2019, "Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials" from LinkedIn in August 2018, and "Customised ORACLE Designer/2000" from Oracle Education in October 1997.
