Serge Renaud

Serge Renaud has a wealth of experience in information security and compliance. Serge served as the VP of Information Security and Compliance at Venn LocalZone and OS33 in 2019, where they were responsible for overseeing security, privacy, and compliance programs. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at JBW Group International Inc from 2017 to 2019, focusing on information assurance consulting services. Serge also held various roles at IntraLinks, Inc. from 2003 to 2017, including VP of Security and Quality Assurance, VP of Program Management and Quality Assurance, and VP of Process Improvement and Quality Assurance. In these positions, they played a key role in building departments, managing quality management systems, driving compliance initiatives, and improving software systems. Earlier in their career, Serge worked at Ernst & Young LLP in management consulting roles, handling critical technologies and systems development projects for clients in the financial services industry.

Serge Renaud's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Serge obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Columbia Engineering and later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the same institution. Renaud also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance / International Business from NYU Stern School of Business. Serge holds a High School Diploma from Cranbrook School in Bloomfield Hills, MI.

In addition to their degrees, Renaud has obtained various certifications related to information security. Serge is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®) through (ISC)², which they first obtained in April 2012 and then renewed in December 2016. Renaud has also earned the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP™) and Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP®) certifications from (ISC)² in January and December 2017, respectively.
