Josh Mahan

Josh Mahan currently serves as an Applications Analyst at Osage Casino, a position held since May 2011, where responsibilities include analyzing and maintaining POS and PMS systems across all properties, in addition to consulting with users and vendors to evaluate operational procedures. Previously, Josh Mahan worked as an IT Analyst, managing Active Directory and Exchange users and maintaining POS terminals across seven locations. Prior experience includes a role as a Computer Support Tech at Centurion Games Inc., where diagnostics were conducted to resolve hardware and software issues, and training manuals were developed for customers and employees. Josh Mahan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Northeastern State University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
