Debbie DeLuca is a Sales Enablement Manager at Osaic since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing strategic projects, creating content and tools, developing reporting, and managing Salesforce. Previously, Debbie served as a Business Development Manager and Internal Recruiter at Royal Alliance Associates from 2003 to May 2022, overseeing the recruitment process, hosting visits for prospective Financial Professionals, and managing Salesforce pipeline reporting.
