Kristen Kimmell

Kristen Kimmell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and talent recruitment within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Osaic since August 2021, Kimmell previously held the position of Head of Advisor Recruiting and Field Marketing at RBC Wealth Management from December 2009 to August 2021, where efforts focused on attracting top industry talent and promoting diversity. Kimmell's career at RBC also includes roles such as Chief of Staff, Director of PCG Finance & Compensation, and Director of Reporting & Administration in Municipal Markets. Earlier positions at Dain Rauscher and Dain Bosworth involved accounting management.
