Joseph Peters, PE has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joseph started their career in 1995 as a Nuclear Power Plant Watch Officer in the U.S. Navy, where they served for five years. In 2000, they transitioned to GE Energy as an Application Engineer. After seven years, they joined Black & Veatch in 2008 as a Principal Consultant, where they worked for seven years. In 2015, they joined Osaka Gas USA as a Senior Director, a position they held until 2020 when they were promoted to Vice President.

Joseph Peters, PE pursued their higher education with a strong focus on finance and energy risk management. From 2002 to 2006, they attended the University of Houston, where they obtained a Master's degree in Finance with an Energy Risk Management Certificate. Prior to that, Joseph completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Rice University, where they studied from 1990 to 1995.
