Jonathan Couch

Jonathan Couch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grant management and community impact strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Grants at Kent Reliance Community Foundation, Jonathan has developed grantmaking strategies aligned with the Foundation’s mission and leads a team in grant administration and stakeholder engagement. At OSB Group, Jonathan has held multiple senior roles, including Head of Communities Impact and ESG Communications Specialist, overseeing the tactical delivery of the Group’s Communities Impact Strategy, and prior as Head of Communications & Customer Engagement, enhancing brand presence and communication strategies. Jonathan's earlier positions include significant contributions at Charter Court Financial Services and Citi, where Jonathan managed successful banking projects and operational improvements. Jonathan's academic background includes an MA in Literary Studies from Birmingham City University and various professional qualifications in public relations and insurance.
