Kellie Ibbs-George began their work experience in 2014 as a Pricing Undergraduate at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Kellie then worked as a Market Research Intelligence Undergraduate before moving on to Charter Court Financial Services in 2016. At Charter Court Financial Services, they held roles as a Pricing Analyst, Senior Pricing Analyst, and Assistant Product Pricing Manager. In 2021, Kellie joined OSB Group as a Commercial Finance Manager and later became the Head of Commercial Finance.
Kellie Ibbs-George obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from Aston University between the years 2012 and 2016.
