Louise Clark

Louise Clark is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Transformation Office at OSB Group since July 2017, Louise has held various roles including Transformation Engagement Partner, Business Operations Manager, Operations Transformation Lead, and Operations Transformation Business Manager. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Barclays from December 2010 to March 2016 included positions such as Programme Director for Wholesale Credit Risk and Senior Change Manager. Louise also gained experience at UBS Investment Bank as Associate Director for Process Excellence and at Barclays Bank as a Lean Coach/Senior Value Stream Manager. Beginning a new educational endeavor at Symmetry in September 2024, Louise is set to participate in the INSPIRE! Programme focused on Inspirational Leadership.
