Manmit Shemar

Manmit Shemar serves as the Group Head of Cloud at OSB Group since September 2023, bringing extensive experience in engineering and program management from previous roles, including Head of Engineering at Lloyds Banking Group. At Lloyds, Manmit led multi-skilled teams in various sectors such as Lending and Financial Planning and was involved in transformation initiatives across infrastructure and engineering. Notable past positions include Head of Project Management at Sportingbet, Senior Project/Mobile Programme Manager at Gamesys Ltd, and Head of Engineering & IT at Avanti, where Manmit focused on product development and IT management. Academic qualifications include an Hons degree in Computer Studies from Nottingham Trent University.
