Robert Owen serves as the Group Head of Legal for Mortgages at OSB Group since October 2019. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of Head of Legal and Compliance at CHARTER COURT FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED from July 2014 to October 2019. Robert has extensive legal experience, having worked as a Solicitor at The Co-operative Bank plc from August 2009 to July 2014, Britannia Building Society from March 2009 to March 2011, and Derbyshire Building Society from November 2000 to March 2009. Early in Robert's career, legal expertise was gained as a Solicitor at Stroud and Swindon Building Society from 1994 to 2000 and as a Trainee Solicitor at Rooks Rider from 1992 to 1994. Robert Owen earned a degree from the University of Leicester between 1987 and 1989.
