Sage Jarrow Young

Sage Jarrow Young is an accomplished leader in operational insights and risk management with extensive experience across multiple financial sectors. Currently serving as the Group Head of Operational Insights and Outcomes at OSB Group since February 2016, Sage manages a high-performing team to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic projects in collaboration with the Executive Committee. Previous roles include Head of Process Innovation, where significant contributions were made towards the modernization program, and Group Head of Strategic Credit Risk Relationships, focusing on credit and climate risk initiatives. With a background as Enterprise Risk Manager at YMA Consulting and a Financial Risk Advisor at KPMG South Africa, Sage has developed a robust skill set in risk assessment, stress testing, and credit analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Investment Management from the University of Johannesburg and several other degrees focused on finance and risk management.
