Steven Laffan

Steven Laffan is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a proven track record in security operations, cyber security architecture, and team leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Security Operations at OSB Group since January 2023, Steven oversees the security integrity and compliance of the group's operations while managing teams across the UK and APAC. Prior roles include Director of Cyber Security at Alight Solutions, where responsibilities involved developing a global cybersecurity roadmap and mentoring a team of 30 experts. Steven has also held significant positions at NGA Human Resources, Eversheds Sutherland, Capco, the Financial Conduct Authority, Credit Suisse, Cable & Wireless, and Gala Coral Group, contributing to major projects in network and security architecture, cloud implementations, and technical design.
