Cynthia Talley Pla

Cynthia Talley, PLA, is an accomplished Landscape Architect with extensive experience in landscape architecture and urban design. Currently employed at Osborn Consulting, Inc. since July 2019, Cynthia previously worked at Cascade Design Collaborative, where the company transitioned to Osborn Consulting. Prior roles include positions at Communita Atelier, C. Talley Studio LLC, HEWITT, Mithun, and Sasaki Associates, contributing to a variety of public and private projects throughout Washington and the Seattle metropolitan area. Notable projects include mixed-use developments and parks, showcasing expertise in design, project management, and irrigation. Cynthia earned a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and French Studies from Lewis & Clark College.
