Dennis C. Albrecht

Dennis C. Albrecht, Jr., P.E. currently serves as the Director of Transportation and Municipal Engineering at Osborn Engineering since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Manager at LJB Inc., Assistant Chief Engineer at the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission, and Highway Management Administrator at the Ohio Department of Transportation, with a focus on overseeing substantial budgets, personnel management, and public infrastructure projects. Albrecht has also held positions as City Engineer for the City of Lakewood, Director of Business Development at Dick Corporation, and Project Manager for the Greater Cleveland RTA's Euclid Corridor BRT project. Albrecht served as an Engineering Officer in the Air National Guard and holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University and a commissioned officer degree from the United States Air Force - Academy of Military Science.
