Jonathan Ariano

Jonathan Ariano is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Partner at Osborn Maledon, P.A. since February 2003, Jonathan has held significant legal positions, including Senior Counsel at both ConocoPhillips and Phillips Petroleum Company, where Jonathan also acted as Infrastructure Director. Prior to these roles, Jonathan was an Infrastructure Manager at Tosco Corporation and a Consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
