Mary O'Grady is an experienced attorney currently serving at Osborn Maledon since March 2011. Prior to this role, Mary O'Grady held the position of Arizona Solicitor General at the Arizona Attorney General's Office from July 1999 to 2011. In this capacity, Mary O'Grady supervised a division of eight to nine lawyers handling the State of Arizona’s appellate practice, election law litigation and enforcement, formal Attorney General Opinions, open meeting law enforcement, and provided independent advice to State boards and commissions, along with ethics advice and continuing legal education for the Attorney General’s Office. Mary O'Grady holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Arizona State University, as well as a Master’s Degree in History from UC Santa Barbara.
