Theresa Rassas

Theresa Rassas is a Partner at Osborn Maledon, P.A., a position held since November 2022. Previously, Theresa served as Section Chief Counsel at the Arizona Attorney General's Office from February 2015 to January 2023 and worked as an Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice from July 2008 to February 2015. Early in Theresa's career, experience included serving as an Attorney for the Maricopa County Attorney from October 2004 to July 2008. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (2004) and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona (2000), with secondary education completed at Cactus High School (1997).
