Chris Benjamin

Chris Benjamin is an Associate Director in the Corporate and M&A team at Osborne Clarke, specializing in UK and cross-border corporate transactional and advisory matters since January 2022. Previously, Chris served as a Managing Associate at Addleshaw Goddard's London corporate department from December 2017 to December 2021, advising on a range of sectors and being part of the Financial Services Transactions Team and Africa Business Group. A legal secondment to the Corporate and M&A team at Lloyds Banking Group took place from April to November 2018, and prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Associate Solicitor at Stevens & Bolton LLP and a Trainee Solicitor at Shakespeare Martineau. Chris holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice from The University of Law and a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Birmingham.
