Greg Leyshon

Greg Leyshon is a corporate Partner at Osborne Clarke, where Greg serves as Co-Head of the International Corporate Group and Head of the Business Transactions Practice Group, which constitutes approximately one-third of the firm's UK business. With expertise in private equity, growth, and venture transactions, Greg represents clients such as LDC, ECI, MML Capital Partners, Leasedrive Velo, and Penn Pharmaceuticals. Notable transactions include advising LDC on the management buyout of United House, representing selling shareholders in the £410 million sale of Apollo, guiding LDC through the £67 million buy-out of Penn Pharmaceuticals, and facilitating Carphone Warehouse’s acquisition of OneTel for £152 million. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Greg practiced as a solicitor at Bond Pearce. Greg earned a Law LLB degree from Cardiff University.
