Henrik Bergström

Henrik has broad experience in technology, media and communications and FinTech, advising leading national, Nordic and international clients in the sector on corporate, commercial, regulatory and transactional matters.

Henrik is the Managing Partner of Osborne Clarke in Sweden. He has significant experience of commercial and transactional work for Tech, Media and Comms and FinTech clients, assisting and representing them on inter alia all aspect of information technology law, especially IT agreements, outsourcing, licensing and development related projects, commercial contract law and privacy matters. He has further gained significant experience in assisting start-ups and SMEs on their go to market strategies and with launching services and goods on-line and he regularly advices on all matters relating to venture capital and fund raising as well as M&A, both for Venture Capital funds and on the company side.

His client focus is on a national, Pan-Nordic and international level, primarily advising mid-tier Tech, Media and Comms and FinTech clients and Media/TV broadcasters and streaming platforms, including a number of high profile content and digital business providers.

He holds an LLM in International Law and Business Law and has also studied international relations and crisis management at the Swedish National Defence College. Henrik is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.

In addition to his native Swedish, Henrik is also fluent in English.
