Laura Martin Moya

Laura Martin Moya is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in procedural, arbitration, and bankruptcy law. Serving as a Senior Associate at Osborne Clarke since February 2012, Laura leads the litigation and bankruptcy team in the Madrid office and holds the position of arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of Madrid. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Laura was responsible for the litigation department at LENER ASESORES LEGALES Y ECONOMICOS from September 2001 to February 2012. Laura obtained a Licenciatura de Derecho from the Universidad de Valladolid between 1996 and 2001 and has further education from Fundación Empresa Pública.
