Luke Maunder

Luke Maunder is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and litigation. Currently serving as a Partner and Deputy Sub-Sector Leader in the Tech sector at Osborne Clarke since October 2023, Luke previously held the position of Senior Associate at Bristows Law Firm from July 2015 to October 2023, where significant cases included high-profile disputes involving companies such as Ericsson, Philips, and Huawei. Prior to this, Luke was an Associate at Moore Barlow, where the focus was on IP, technology, and media disputes, and gained further experience in dispute resolution at Knights Solicitors and LPC Law. Educated at prestigious institutions, including the University of Oxford and the University of Bristol, Luke obtained qualifications in Intellectual Property Law and holds a law degree with a focus on computer science.
