Núria Martín

Núria was one of the founders of Osborne Clarke Spain and specialises in corporate transactions.

Closely associated with clients listed on the stock exchange, she has experience in IPOs and regulatory aspects of listed companies. She is a member of the board of directors of several SICAVs listed on the MAB (1), providing them with corporate and regulatory advice. She also participates in real estate projects, advising developers and retailers.

Having been educated at the University of Barcelona, Núria graduated with a law degree in 1982, then completed a postgraduate degree in taxation.

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
