Jeremy Johnson, PMP, CSM, ITIL has over 10 years of experience in the IT and Business Development fields. In 2011, they were the PM Mission Command Liaison Officer for JNCC-A at CACI International Inc, where they provided direct support to JNCC-A Director in managing the current support contractor. In 2010, they were a Professional Services Engineer at iDirect Government Technologies, where they were a certified iDirect TDM/MFD-TDMA Satellite Technology Installer/Trainer. In 2009, they were the Program Manager/Operations Liaison at DRS Technologies, where they provided continuity between the Iraq technical team, the Program Management team, the customer’s Program Management team, and engineering team.

Jeremy Johnson, PMP, CSM, ITIL has a comprehensive educational background. Jeremy obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force in 1997. Jeremy then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2013. In 2015, they obtained an ITIL v3 Foundation certification from EXIN, and in 2017, they earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology with a Project Management Track from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In 2021, they received two certifications from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC). Jeremy is also a Project Management Professional.
