Director Contract Management at OSC Edge

Matt Coburn has worked in the field of contract management for over 16 years. Matt began their career in 2004 as a Project Manager for American Systems Technology, Inc. where they were responsible for the integration of company hardware into a United States Army onboard vehicle diagnostics computer software platform. Matt then moved to Government Support Services, Inc. in 2006 as a Program Manager. In this role, they successfully business developed and managed contracts in excess of $7M annually and supervised a staff of 18 employees. In 2008, they joined iDirect Government Technologies Inc. as a Program Manager and Contracts. Here they served as a legal SME for the negotiation and administration of all supplier contracts, subcontracts and prime contracts to the Federal government and Partners, as well as managed and administered a $50M dollar project portfolio. In 2013, they moved to Lexmark International, Inc. as a Contracts Manager. In this role, they served as a legal SME for the negotiation and administration of all company-wide managed print and software contracts for the Federal, State and Local governments and Commercial Mid-west accounts. Matt managed and negotiated 110+ contracts and $100M in total contract value on an annual basis, and led all RFP/RFQ/Solicitation responses at an annual average of 140+ proposals. In 2017, they joined Fahe as Vice President of Strategic Programs. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Director of Contract Management for OSC Edge.

Matt Coburn's educational history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Eastern Kentucky University, which they completed between 1996 and 2004. Matt then pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science from Lawrence Technological University, which they completed between 2005 and 2007. Matt then earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Lawrence Technological University in 2010. Additionally, Matt Coburn has obtained certifications in SCRUM Master from the Scrum Alliance in 2010, ITIL from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
