Ashok Rathod is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social entrepreneurship and youth development. As the Founder and CEO of OSCAR Foundation since November 2010, Ashok has focused on empowering underprivileged youth through education and sports. Prior to this role, Ashok served as a Trainer and Facilitator at Ashoka Youth Venture India from June 2008 to November 2010, and as a Mentor at Magic Bus India from June 2006 to November 2009. Ashok holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and completed education at Colaba Municipal Secondary High School.
