Andrew Liss

Andrew Liss currently serves as the Associate Director of Virtual Primary Care Strategy and Operations at Oscar Health, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Senior Manager of Healthcare Business Development at CLEAR, where responsibilities included spearheading business development initiatives in the healthcare sector and managing a $5M client pipeline. Experience also includes serving as Engagement Manager at Flatiron Health, where Andrew optimized workflows for community oncology centers, and as a Revenue Cycle Management Consultant at Huron, advising healthcare organizations on practice management software implementation. Andrew holds an MBA in Health Care Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
