Chelsea Cooper

Chelsea Cooper is the SVP of Strategic Partnerships at Oscar Health. Chelsea has over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and operations.

Chelsea started their career at Goldman Sachs in 2003, where they worked in prime brokerage sales. Chelsea left Goldman Sachs in 2007 to join Amber Capital, a private equity firm, as an associate. From 2009 to 2011, Chelsea was the COO of Samasource, a social business that connects people living in poverty to work opportunities. In 2012, Chelsea joined Uber as the General Manager of Uber X, and helped launch and grow the Uber platform in New York City. In 2014, Chelsea left Uber to join Hired, Inc., as the Head of Domestic Expansion. At Hired, they were responsible for launching Hired's platform in new markets across the US. In 2016, Chelsea joined Oscar Health as the SVP of Strategic Partnerships.

Chelsea is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Stanford University.

Chelsea Cooper has a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School, a BA in Political Science from Brown University, and a high school diploma from Bancroft.

Chelsea Cooper reports to Mario Schlosser, CEO & Co-Founder. Some individuals on their team include Tripp Girdler - Sales Strategy Manager, Ruchi Tandon - Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships. Chelsea Cooper works with Neil Parikh - President, Oscar Medical Group, Alessa Quane - EVP, Chief Insurance Officer, and Jesse Horowitz - Chief Product Officer.
