Michael Goldberg

Michael Goldberg, CCP, is a seasoned professional in total rewards and executive compensation with extensive experience in leading compensation programs across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director, Total Rewards & Executive Compensation at Oscar Health since October 2019, Michael oversees executive compensation, company-wide compensation, equity plan administration, and benefits plans. Prior to this role, Michael was the Director of Compensation at Oscar, where responsibilities included managing the transition of compensation and equity programs during the company's IPO in 2021. Earlier positions include Head of Total Rewards at Namely, Manager of Global Compensation at Etsy during its IPO in 2015, and various roles at Deloitte, including Senior Lead Analyst in Global Compensation and Benefits, focusing on compensation processes for a large employee base. Michael holds a BA in History and Law from the University of Delaware.
