Tripp Girdler is currently the Sales Strategy Manager at Oscar Health. Prior to that, they worked as a broker at HUB International from May 2017 to September 2018. In that role, they developed executive level, strategic presentations for initiatives and transitions to value-based care; developed the company sales strategy, sales training, and implementation from the ground up; designed and implemented project management practices and processes for sales and implementation teams; implemented a CRM system and managed reporting and analysis; oversaw software implementation for clients; developed needs analysis for up-sell and cross-selling opportunities for current clients; developed new value-based healthcare solutions responsive to market changes; developed content and content strategy for website, sales materials, and overall marketing messaging; and developed pricing and product strategy for a SaaS and strategic consulting.

Tripp Girdler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Auburn University with a focus in marketing. Tripp also attended Brentwood Academy. Tripp is certified as an Accident & Health Insurance Producer and Life Insurance Producer by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance.

Tripp Girdler reports to Chelsea Cooper, SVP, Strategic Partnerships. They work with and Ruchi Tandon - Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships.
