CEO & Co-founder at Oscar Senior

From 1990 to 2002, Tomas Posker worked as a Professional Athlete for FENIX SKI TEAM Jesenik. From 1996 to 2003, they worked in customer support for 2Pcom - COMFOR Jesenik. Starting in 2000, Tomas founded their own business called Poski.com, where they worked as a Founder until 2012. During this time, they were also responsible for various roles such as CTO and web development at N.A.R. Marketing. In 2007, Tomas co-founded Ki-Wi Digital and served as CTO until 2010. Tomas also worked as a Co-founder at Ki-Wi Digital, where they were responsible for innovating products and thinking outside the box until 2016. In 2013, they co-founded Oscar Senior and currently serves as the CEO & Co-founder, leading the development of a versatile platform for remote home care. In 2018, they became an Ambassador for Aging2.0, building a community in the Czech Republic focused on finding solutions for eldercare and aging.

Tomas Posker obtained a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics & Management of Sport at the same institution, studying from 1999 to 2003. From 1994 to 1999, Tomas attended SOS a SOU Jesenik, specializing in Structural Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Achieving Personal and Professional Success Specialization from Wharton Online | The Wharton School in February 2017, and Marketing CIMA-B and CIMA-A certifications from Český institut pro marketing (CIMA), o.s. in September 2010 and September 2009, respectively. There is no information regarding the duration or degree obtained from TWIN London.
