Maddie Bartrop

Maddie Bartrop is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Oscar, with previous roles as a Recruitment Consultant and Resource Consultant. Prior to joining Oscar in September 2023, Maddie worked as a Restaurant Supervisor at Arc Inspirations and as a Retail Salesworker at Victoria’s Secret & Co., both from May 2019 to March 2020. Maddie completed a Bachelor of Criminology at Leeds Beckett University from 2018 to 2021 and earned A Levels in Business Studies, Sociology, and Psychology at Outwood Academy Post 16 Centre from September 2016 to July 2018, following GCSE studies at Outwood Academy Valley from September 2014 to June 2016.
