Jeff Bieley

Jeff Bieley has extensive experience in governmental and international roles, particularly in Kosovo. From February 2009 to November 2011, Jeff served as the Deputy Head of the International Civilian Office in Mitrovica. Prior to that, Jeff was an Advisor to the Prime Minister of Kosovo from 2007 to 2008, seconded by the United Nations Mission in Kosovo to address Kosovo's status resolution. Jeff's earlier roles include Coordinator for South Serbia and Public Information Officer with OSCE, as well as Deputy Strategy Coordinator for the United Nations Mission in Kosovo between January 2008 and February 2009, focusing on strategic planning and policy development. Jeff began his career as a Project Coordinator with ADRA International from 1999 to 2000. Academically, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Rochester, a Journalism degree from Northwestern University, and a Master's Degree from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
