Mark Pino serves as the Public Relations Manager for Osceola County Government since October 2023, following a decade-long tenure as Public Relations Officer for Osceola County BOCC. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Economic Development Specialist within the Osceola County Economic Development Department. Mark's extensive journalism background includes roles as Senior Reporter at the Orlando Sentinel, Bureau Chief, Assistant Editor, Columnist, and Reporter at Ocala Star-Banner, as well as Sports Writer for the Virgin Islands Daily News, where coverage spanned various sports and community narratives. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of South Florida.

Osceola County is a county rich in history and life. Created in 1887, Osceola County is a 1,506 square mile area that serves as the south/central boundary of the Central Florida greater metropolitan area. The city of Kissimmee, the county seat, is 18 miles due south of Orlando. Osceola's other incorporated city, St. Cloud, is 9 miles east of Kissimmee and approximately 45 miles west of the city of Melbourne on the Atlantic coast.
